How do you determine prices?

Prices may vary depending on a number of factors, including: age, breed, coat length and condition, fleas and/or ticks, special needs, behavioral problems, or special requests.

Do I need to make an appointment?

Walk-ins are always welcomed at our Cooper City location. We work based on order or arrival (first come, first serve). We encourage you to call ahead of time and ask how many dogs/cats are ahead of you if you are in a rush.

For mobile services, we only work by appointments. Please call ahead of time to schedule a date and time. If you need a same-day appointment, give us a call and we may be able to squeeze you in depending on availability.

What are your call hours?

Our call hours are between 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. E.T. Monday through Saturday.

Calls or text messages received after work hours or on Sundays will be returned the next business day.​

Questions, comments and concerns are welcome. You can communicate with us via phone call, text, on our "contact us" page. We will respond back to you as soon as possible. Keep in mind that calls and texts get priority. If you send us an email, it may take up to a week to receive a response.

 

We do not make appointments via email, only provide pricing and information. Appointment requests via email will not be honored, specially if you do not receive a confirmation.

Please remember we are a small team. Only one member of our team handles all calls, texts and emails. We ask for you patience. If you do not get a response immediately, please try again. If you do not get a confirmation back after discussing a date/time via text or email, your appointment is not confirmed. Again, we try our best to keep up with all communication, but we may miss a text or two sometimes! If you do not get the confirmation or hear back within an hour, just send us another text, and we'll get back to you right away.
